I appreciate how harmoniousjosh is pretty much full of it. However, pretentious art talk always includes the word "juxtaposition" which easily could have been worked into your comment: "...composition in juxtaposition with the crisp..."
I can really appreciate the dynamic interplay of colorful yet sardonic wit as well as the crisp punchlines on display in this discourse. It reminds me of the great masters Abbott and Costello.

Why is he mad? Poor mooses... always bottling up their feelings, and the one time one shows some real emotion, he's villified. Sigh.
