Josh Harmonieux and Devil Dog Daisy

Somewhere south of Cardston we find the desperate fugitive Josh Harmonieux smuggling Jarts brand lawn darts games across the international border. On December 19, 1988, all lawn darts were banned from sale in the United States by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. This, however, has not impeded an active black market in the deadly yard projectile. Lawn darts have been responsible for the deaths of four children, the latest being in early 1997 near Elkhart, Indiana. With reckless disregard for the safety of American children and beer drinking adults, the charismatic former pugilist and ersatz artist sets out to make a handy profit from the insatiable American demand for hazardous diversions. Harmonieux, accompanied here by the diaper wearing devil dog Daisy (AKA "Happy") is being sought by the RCMP for his "alleged" involvement in several illegal, unsavory and distasteful activities.
