Inspector Fitzgerald, proud yet aging member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, is taken aback by the intensity of the flames produced by his rum pecan flambe sauce. It's a Holiday tradition at the post--the sauce and the surprise. He's lucky to still have his eyebrows.
